I want to thank Yves for clearing up my concerns with an issue he had fixed that was not his fault, and also want to say I would highly recommend this place. Very clean and updated facility and the property manager is a really nice guy.

Paid for unit the 15th and access code won’t work. The manager said his internet is down and that he will call me back. Two days bro and no call. You owe me some money at this point cause I paid 3 days ago and still you’re not telling me if I can access my unit. Please get back to me. I don’t want to call my credit card company and say fraudulent charges and I dont want to call the BBB either but you’re leaving me no choice. Don’t allow your site to take money from people if you can’t deliver on your end. It’s shady practice.

Chris, it is out of our control losing power (pseg) and internet (optimum). Your comments are pretty harsh for an issue caused by our providers when we are left with little recourse. You can speak with any other tenant we've had and all issues have been resolved amicably. Of course we will make it right moneywise for you because of this notwithstanding a rental made when our offices are closed followed by another holiday where we are closed as well. Timing was definitely a factor here along with utility company failures out of our control. please understand and be patient. we will make it right.

Horrible experience. Paid Unit and create access code for gate only for it to not work and they’re not in till Tuesday. Not a good start.

I would highly recommend this RV storage facility to anyone needing storage assistance on the South shore in Suffolk County. The facility is kept clean and the staff is eager to help you in anyway. I had a very positive experience and would recommend this RV storage to anyone. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Jimmy i told him about an issue and my concerns he immediately addressed the issue. The manager of the facility (Yves) contacted me and and handle the issue without question, i would recommend this storage facility for RV storage needs. I am getting ready to start my own business and will base the experience that i had with Jimmy and the customer service of the establishment.
