To start, I booked this storage unit a week ago. Within seconds of booking the unit, Yves called me and went over everything with me. He made me feel very welcomed and confident in choosing the vault storage. Today when I arrived, yves welcomed me, gave me a tour of the building, showed me my unit, and was overall very friendly.
